The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer 35 parcels of public land totaling 400.815 acres in the Las Vegas Valley (Valley) by modified competitive sale at no less than each parcel's Fair Market Value (FMV) pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. The sale will be processed in conformance with applicable provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) and BLM regulations. An online sale is the selected modified competitive bidding procedure that will allow for maximum participation.
