SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 6, 2021, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] We invited parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. On September 7, 2021, case briefs were filed by the following interested parties: Global Aluminum Distributor; Kingtom Aluminio S.R.L. (Kingtom); and JL Trading Co., Puertas Y Ventanas JM Inc., and Industrias Feliciano Al Inc. [ 2 ] On September 17, 2021, the Aluminum Fair Trade Committee (the petitioner) submitted a rebuttal brief.
