SUMMARY: Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing a countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof (mobile access equipment) from the People's Republic of China (China).
