SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On November 15, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESBR) from the Czech Republic, Italy, and Russia filed in proper form on behalf of Lion Elastomers LLC (the petitioner), a domestic producer of ESBR. [ 1 ] On November 17 and 24, and December 1, 2021, Commerce requested additional information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in separate supplemental questionnaires.
