(Mullican) (collectively, Yuhua et al. ), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on multilayered wood flooring (MLWF), from the People's Republic of China (China). [ 1 ] Under the Order, merchandise produced and exported by Yuhua has been excluded and is not subject to antidumping duty cash deposits.
