SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Agriculture Pima and Agriculture Wool Trusts provide annual payments to U.S. cotton and wool producers to reduce the injury resulting from tariffs on cotton and wool fabrics that are higher than tariffs on certain apparel articles made of cotton and wool fabric. The program regulations were last updated in 2019 to incorporate changes introduced in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill; Pub.
