Notice is hereby given that on November 18, 2021, the presiding administrative law judge ("ALJ") issued an Initial Determination Granting-in-Part Complainant Skull Shaver, LLC's Motion for Summary Determination on Violations by the Defaulting Respondents, and a Recommended Determination on Remedy and Bonding ("ID/RD").
