SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an information collection request (ICR), “U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Meat and Poultry Products Industry Data Collection” (EPA ICR No. 2701.01, OMB Control No. 2040-NEW) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). Before doing so, EPA is soliciting public comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described below. This is a request for approval of a new collection.
