[ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results and we received case briefs from the petitioner, the Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers' Coalition, and Wuhan Wanbang Laser Diamond Tools Co., Ltd. (Wuhan Wanbang), [ 2 ] and rebuttal briefs from the petitioner and Chengdu Huifeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Huifeng).
