SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 25, 2021, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. Between February 25 and March 4, 2021, Commerce received timely filed case briefs and rebuttal briefs from various interested parties.
