The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of truck and bus tires from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of review (POR) is February 15, 2019, through December 31, 2019. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to several companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
