SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 6, 2021, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of passenger tires from Taiwan, in which we also postponed the final determination until May 21, 2021. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination.
