The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Deacero) sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the November 1, 2018, through October 31, 2019 period of review (POR). In addition, Commerce preliminarily determines that Ternium Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (Ternium) had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
