Abstract

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that POSCO and certain other producers/exporters of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) received de minimis net countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR), January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018.
