SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 15, 2020, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of aluminum sheet from Turkey, and postponed the final determination until March 1, 2021. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination.
