SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 1, 2020, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the AD order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil for the POR September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2020. [ 1 ] Commerce received timely-filed requests for an administrative review from Nucor Corporation and United States Steel Corporation (collectively, the Domestic Interested Parties), in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), ( printed page 79472) and 19 CFR 351.213(b) .
