Abstract

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain crepe paper products from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 25, 2005, Commerce published in the Federal Register the AD order on crepe paper products from China. [ 1 ] On August 4, 2020, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the third sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On August 10, 2020, Commerce received a notice of intent to participate from Seaman Paper Company of Massachusetts, Inc. (Seaman Paper), within the deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) . [ 3 ] Seaman Paper claimed interested party status under section 771(9)(C) of the Act as a producer of the domestic like product in the United States. On Septembe
