SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On September 29, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) ( printed page 67712) petitions concerning imports of certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey filed in proper form on behalf of the petitioners, [ 1 ] domestic producers of aluminum foil. [ 2 ] The Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of aluminum foil from Oman and Turkey.
