SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 1, 2019, Commerce notified interested parties of the opportunity to request an administrative review of the Agreement. [ 1 ] On October 11, 2019, domestic interested party Louisiana Energy Services LLC (LES) submitted a request for an administrative review of the Agreement. [ 2 ] On December 11, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice initiating an administrative review of the Agreement for the POR October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.
