Abstract

The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice (Notice) of receipt of an Application (Application), filed on September 18, 2020, by Energ[iacute]a Costa Azul, S. de R.L. de C.V. ECA asks DOE/FE to increase the approved non-FTA export volume for the ECA Large-Scale Project from 475 billion cubic feet per year (Bcf/yr) to 636 Bcf/yr of natural gas--an increase of 161 Bcf/yr.
