Notice of Modification of Section 301 Action: Enforcement of U.S. World Trade Organization (WTO) Rights in Large Civil Aircraft Dispute

Abstract

On June 26, 2020, the U.S. Trade Representative announced a review of the action being taken to enforce U.S. World Trade Organization (WTO) rights in the Large Civil Aircraft dispute and requested public comments on possible modifications. Based on this review, the U.S. Trade Representative has determined to modify the list of products subject to additional duties of 25 percent ad valorem. At this time, the U.S. Trade Representative has determined to maintain the current levels of additional duties.
