SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On June 30, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of seamless refined copper pipe and tube (copper pipe and tube) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) filed in proper form on behalf of the petitioners, [ 1 ] domestic producers of copper pipe and tube. [ 2 ] On July 6, 2020, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in a supplemental questionnaire. [ 3 ] On July 9, 2020, the petitioners filed a response to the supplemental questionnaire.
