Pursuant to the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), NMFS has hereby issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to Rio Grande LNG LLC (Rio Grande) and, separately, Annova LNG Common Infrastructure (Annova), authorizing the take of small numbers of marine mammals incidental to the construction of two liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals in the Brownsville Ship Channel (BSC), Texas.
