SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On May 13, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from the Republic of Korea (Korea), Taiwan, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) filed in proper form on behalf of the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The Petitions were accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of passenger tires from Vietnam. [ 2 ] Between May 18 and 22, 2020, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in separate supplemental questionnaires.
