SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On March 31, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) filed in proper form on behalf of the petitioners, [ 1 ] domestic producers of mattresses and certified unions that represent workers engaged in the domestic production of mattresses.
