Abstract

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR- 64, issued to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (the licensee), for operation of Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 3 (Indian Point Unit 3 or IP3). The proposed amendment would modify Technical Specification (TS) 3.7.7, "City Water (CW)," Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.7.7.2, and TS 3.7.6, "Condensate Storage Tank (CST)," Required Action A.1.
