SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 4, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register the notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on nails from China  [ 1 ] for the POR, August 1, 2017 through July 31, 2018. [ 2 ] Commerce initiated a review with respect to 213 companies.
