SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 4, 2019, Commerce published the initiation of the five-year (sunset) review of the countervailing duty order on OCTG from India, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (the Act), as amended. [ 1 ] Commerce received notices of intent to participate in this sunset review from United States Steel Corporation, Maverick Tube Corporation, Tenaris Bay City, Inc., Benteler Steel/Tube, Boomerang Tube, LLC, IPSCO Tubulars, Inc., Vallourec Star, LP, and Welded Tube USA Inc.
