[ 1 ] On June 23, 2014, Commerce published the notice of continuation of the Order. [ 2 ] On May 1, 2019, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the second sunset review of the Order. [ 3 ] On May 16, 2019, Commerce received notice of intent to participate from Tokai Carbon GE LLC (Tokai Carbon), within the deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
