SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 8, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the AD order on washers from Korea for the POR. [ 1 ] Commerce received timely requests from Whirlpool Corporation (the petitioner) and LG Electronics, Inc. (LGE), in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b) , to conduct an administrative review of this AD order for LGE.
