SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On July 9, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Canada, Indonesia, Korea, and Vietnam, filed in proper form on behalf of the Wind Tower Trade Coalition (the petitioner). [ 1 ] The Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, and Vietnam. ( printed page 37993) During the period July 12 through 22, 2019, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in separate supplemental questionnaires.
