SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Grupo Simec made sales of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Mexico below normal value during the period of review (POR) November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017, but Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V.
