SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 14, 2018, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this review in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. Between December 14 and December 21, 2019, Commerce received timely filed briefs and rebuttal briefs from the petitioners, [ 2 ] Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (Nippon Steel) and Tokyo ( printed page 31026) Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Steel). [ 3 ] Commerce exercised its discretion to toll all deadlines affected by the partial federal government closure from December 22, 2018 through the resumption of operations on January 29, 2019.
