SUMMARY: On April 1, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China (China). Because no domestic interested party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline, Commerce is revoking the AD order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China. [ 1 ] In the first three sunset reviews, Commerce and the International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that the continuation of the order was warranted.
