The Coast Guard proposes to establish a temporary safety zone for the navigable waters of the Missouri River from mile marker (MM) 366.3 to MM 369.8. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Kansas City, MO, during an airshow from July 4 through July 7, 2019. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from entering the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Upper Mississippi River or a designated representative.
