On February 1, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published in the Federal Register the final determination of the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation on certain plastic decorative ribbon (plastic ribbon) from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce is now amending the Issues and Decision Memorandum (IDM) referred to in the final determination Federal Register notice to correct the inadvertent omission of certain pages in the IDM.
