SUMMARY: On December 6, 2018, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Acting Administrator signed a proposed rule titled “Review of Standards of Performance for Greenhouse Gas Emissions from New, Modified, and Reconstructed Stationary Sources: Electric Utility Generating Units.” The EPA is announcing that it will hold a public hearing on the proposed action. The hearing will provide interested parties the opportunity to present data, views, or arguments concerning the proposed action. DATES: The EPA will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, in Washington, DC. Please refer to the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section for additional information on the public hearing. ADDRESSES: The hearing will be held at the EPA WJC East Building, 1201 Constitution Avenue NW, Room 1153, Washington, DC 20004.
