SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 11, 2018, pursuant to section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Mexico.
