The proposed McClellan Wash Hydro Station Project would have an installed capacity of 75 kilowatts (kW), and would be located at the existing McClellan Wash Drop along the Central Main Canal near Eloy, Pinal County, Arizona. Qualifying Conduit Hydropower Facility Description: The proposed project would consist of: (1) Five 15-kW Turgo turbine units with a total installed capacity of 75 kW located at the McClellan Wash Drop of the Central Main Canal; and (2) appurtenant facilities. The proposed project would have an estimated annual generating capacity of about 900,000 kilowatt-hours. A qualifying conduit hydropower facility is one that is determined or deemed to meet all of the criteria shown in the table below.
