SUMMARY: On October 6, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires (OTR ( printed page 16056) Tires) from the People's Republic of China (China). In the final results, Commerce has made changes to the subsidy rates that were preliminary determined for Guizhou Tyre for the period of review (POR) from January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015.
