SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 1, 2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the AD order on pet film from China for the period November 1, 2016, through October 31, 2017. [ 1 ] On November 30, 2017, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b) , Mitsubishi Polyester Film, Inc. and SKC, Inc.
