SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 1, 2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the AD order on pet film from China for the period November 1, 2016, through October 31, 2017. [ 1 ] On November 30, 2017, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b) , Mitsubishi Polyester Film, Inc. and SKC, Inc. (collectively, the petitioners), requested a review of the AD order with respect to the following four companies: (1) Fuwei Films (Shandong) Co., Ltd.; (2) Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co., Ltd.; (3) Sichuan Dongfang Insulating Material Co., Ltd.; and (4) Tianjin Wanhua Co., Ltd.
