SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies have been provided to producers and exporters of aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China). On October 4, 2017, the Aluminum Extrusions Trade Enforcement Working Group (the petitioner) withdrew its request for review of all but five companies: Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co. Ltd. (Liaoning), Liaoyang Zhongwang Aluminum Profile Co. Ltd. (Liaoyang), Guangdong Xin Wei Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., Xin Wei Aluminum Co. Ltd., and Xin Wei Aluminum Company Limited.
