SUMMARY: In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, the information collection associated with the Commission's Promoting Spectrum Access for Wireless Microphone Operations, Order ( Order )'s Consumer Disclosure and Labeling rules, adopted in 2017. This document is consistent with the Order, which stated that the Commission would publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of those rules. DATES: The amendments to 47 CFR 15.37(k) and 74.851(l) published at 80 FR 71702 , November 17, 2015, are effective April 11, 2018. OMB approved the information collection requirements for §§ 15.37(k), 74.851(k), and 74.851(l) on January 18, 2018.
