SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 6, 2017, Commerce initiated the second sunset review of the antidumping duty order  [ 1 ] on PSF from China, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On February 16, 2016, Commerce received a timely notice of intent to participate in the sunset review from the domestic producers, pursuant to 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) . [ 3 ] The domestic producers in this sunset review claimed interested party status under section 771(9)(C) of the Act, as producers of the domestic like product.
