SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On September 26, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin from Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Pakistan, and Taiwan, filed in proper form on behalf of DAK Americas LLC, Indorama Ventures USA, Inc. (Indorama), M&G Polymers USA, LLC, and Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America (collectively, the petitioners). [ 1 ] The petitioners are domestic producers of PET resin. [ 2 ] On September 29, 2017, the Department requested supplemental information pertaining to certain areas of the Petitions. [ 3 ] The petitioners filed responses to these requests on October 3, 2017.
