SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 24, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Department) published the Preliminary Determination of this antidumping duty LTFV investigation, as provided by section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (Act), in which the Department found that ESB rubber from Mexico was sold at LTFV.
