SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On May 31, 2017, the U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) received antidumping duty (AD) Petitions concerning imports of fine denier polyester staple fiber (fine denier PSF) from the PRC, India, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam, filed in proper form on behalf of DAK Americas LLC, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America, and Auriga Polymers Inc. (collectively, the petitioners). [ 1 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) Petitions concerning imports of fine denier PSF from India and the PRC.
