ACTION: Final rule. SUMMARY: We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Model A330-200, -200 Freighter, and -300 series airplanes; and Model A340-200, -300, -500, and -600 series airplanes. This AD was prompted by certain anomalies of the flight guidance computers. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. DATES: This AD is effective February 9, 2017. The Director of the Federal Register approved the incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in this AD as of February 9, 2017.
