SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 15, 2016, Norris Cylinder Company (Petitioner) submitted a request for administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel cylinders from the PRC for a single company, Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd. (BTIC). [ 1 ] On June 28, 2016, BTIC also submitted a request for administrative review of the order. [ 2 ] On August 11, 2016, the Department published the notice of initiation of an administrative review of the order for the period of review June 1, 2015, through May 31, 2016.
