SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) preliminarily determines that imports of truck and bus tires from the People's Republic of China (the PRC) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. The estimated margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the “Preliminary Determination” section of this notice.
